- Yes, Amtico can be laid beside an Aga cooker. However, it is highly advisable that the flooring does not ome in direct contact with the hot plates or hot parts of the cooker. If the floor does come in direct contact with the hot part of the Aga it may contort and discolour.
- Can Amtico Be Laid With Under Floor Heating?
- Yes, you can lay an Amtico floor on top of an under floor heating system. However, you must ensure that the under floor heating system does not reach a temperature higher than 27°C / 80°F. If you live in a temperate climate and your under floor heating usage fluctuates wildly, then you are advised to use a 2 part adhesive that is flexible enough to move with the floor as it expands and contracts.
